Just as top athletes benefit from the services of a coach, all people operating at all levels can make progress towards their aims faster and with more certainty by recruiting a coach. Having someone outside looking in, who is on your side and who has your best interests at heart can make a difference.
Presence makes a difference for many people. Face to face coaching takes more time and delivers a better result for people who find remote coaching too impersonal. For practical purposes we need to be no more than an hour's travel from a mutually convenient venue. Sessions last up to two hours. The per session fee is £395. A one hour trial session is free. I will meet with you so that you can assess my potential to help you achieve your aims before you invest any money.

Coaching for small groups is an effective way of spreading the cost. Workshops durations range from two hours to a full day. Fees range from £95 to £595 per person depending on duration and numbers.
